In 2024, she began serving as President-Elect of the National Association of Social Workers "NASW" Maine Chapter Board of Directors and is a member of the NASW Maine Chapter’s Policy Committee.
Before starting, A Personal Call LLC, Grace served as a Behavioral Health Clinician for Pen Bay Family Medicine's Behavioral Health Integration (BHI) program in Rockport, Maine. Working in an integrated primary care setting was a natural progression after having worked in multiple different inpatient and outpatient settings in Florida.

She has also lived in Connecticut, Maryland, Virginia and Tennessee. Her undergraduate education was completed at the University of Richmond with a BA in Political Science.
